• Alice Hama

Sommelier Alice’s Tasting Note: "Natsu" means "Summer" in Japanese. This is a seasonal edition only available during the early summer (very limited in production so it is usually allocation only). As the bottle design suggests, this sake is very refreshing and approachable. Aroma of ripe white peach and nectarine with a touch of cotton candy. On the palate, it is very clean and finishes dry. Perfect patio drink!
