Fukuju Black Junmai Daiginjo
Sommelier Alice’s Tasting Note: This sake is considered to be the Grand Cru version of Fukuju Blue. On the nose you will find the rich aroma of quality steamed rice followed by ripe tree fruits such as yellow apple and apricot. The flavor is very complex with a hint of spice and herb nuances. Full body with lingering beautiful finish.
